Up until now, I completed projects organized in diverse geographies from South Korea to United Arab Emirates.

For each project I engage, I travel to the target country and conduct the matchmaking work on-site, verifying each potential target in person, ensuring I brought the best potential matches on the table.

Whether virtual or real-life, quality of connections made during the event is the most important element in determining a trade event’s success and satisfaction of the participants. I provide my clients with a no no-show guarantee which allow them to pay only for the meetings that have actually happened.

It’s a no-show when attendees don’t show up in the events they registered. No-shows are the nightmare of every organizer and the effects of a high no-show rate can be crippling for any trade event. While there’s no sure-fire way to prevent each no-show, my policy of only accepting payments for the meetings that have actually happened, aligns our goals with the client and ensures that they only pay for the actual results I deliver for their participants.

I can also suggest different tactics that event organizers of all budgets can use to attract the best leads. The on-site research option is often the best choice for B2B matchmaking projects. When you are conducting research for a B2B matchmaking project, it is important to get out there and talk to people. You can't just rely on reading or watching videos; you need to verify your findings in-person.  I have conducted on-site research for businesses, government agencies and non-profit organizations and have found it to be a very effective method for learning about the target audience. I use this method often when planning for a B2B event in a foreign country because it helps me to qualify leads and meet with key contacts in-person.
